[First thought - "What an odd time to find a jingle bell collar on the beach." A few yards down the sand I see what is left of a creature - just the torso, no head, no legs. I'm guessing it was a dog at one point. Second thought - "Jeez, did that collar belong to this? Could some one's dog be missing/dead since Christmas time?" I wish I hadn't seen either.]
