Maya is a Thai Ridgeback. The first time I met her, Riptide was a puppy and was enticing her to play. He was too young to notice that Maya was baring her teeth (she looked like she’d eat him alive) while attached to a leash held by her human, Paul. She still has a very wild look to her and can be scary, but she can also be super sweet. Now she pretty much ignores our dogs, and vice versa. I could finally get close enough to catch a shot of her. Quite the beautiful girl.
Sara (and her pink ball) is a weekend staple (she’s Oliver’s cousin). We nicknamed this little guy “Mini Me” for obvious reasons.

I’ve never heard of the Thai dog before! Sara is adorable with her pink ball!! When we were camped in Myrtle Beach, there was a Golden who would walk each and every single day to the beach carrying her very own CHICKEN….a rubber chicken…what a riot!
