So… we didn’t make it to the beach today. And yesterday, I didn’t bring the camera. I did, however, find a couple of shots that I find interesting. So I’m sharing. So there.
Last Friday, Ronnie and I walked the pier after dinner. The water level was high enough that we were almost eye-to-eye with the surfers. I had to take a few shots of the water with the iPhone.
I put the infrared filter on this shot to fit with the mood. It spoke to me because the lady was “suggesting” quite strongly that her Australian Shepherd stay. Much like my Riptide, he suffered from selective listening.

jEN.. I just looked through your album and that cat on the rocks… it must have been dropped off there or something huh?! I’ve seen it there a few times.. Odd place for a cat

Gen – you are so right. She was quite stern. and she had two shaved Aussies. Kinda sad. They are such beautiful dogs.Kim – Those kitties are feral. There are many of them on the jetty. If you look, sometimes you’ll see quite a few.

i’M leaving work @ 1pm… maybe if you are able to you could come meet Bell… it will be our last trip to dog beach today. My boss is letting me leave early because as sad as it is.. I’m not able to control my leaky eyeballs today – no good for a receptionist…

wow i just re-read your post and saw that you said the surfers were about eye level w/you @ the pier.. HOLY COW…. i wish i lived down there to watch the water change daily. It was so nice yesterday – even though I wasn’t able to stay long :/ darn kids LOL
